Got a Headache? Ginger may help!
Over the years, I’ve really tried to avoid taking medication whenever possible. Clearly I don’t mean when I’m seriously hurt or ill, but for mild aches and pains, herbs and teas can be the solution! I’m speaking from experience at the moment because I currently have a headache (most likely because of all of the time spent on the computer today), and I’m about to make myself a nice big cup of Stash Lemon Ginger Tea. This is one of my go-to remedies. Ginger is pretty well known for combating nausea, but it can also help with migraines/headaches. Hopefully, this tea will do the trick! :)
Tazo’s Organic Spicy Ginger is another good option to try that can be found at most grocery stores. Are there any other herbal remedies that you use for headaches? If so, let us know in the comments!
